How can I pay?
The payment will be done in Airport or Down Town offices by credit card, like Visa, Mastercard and EC-Karte - and also, debit cards (if customers purchase the Relax Insurance).
We do not accept American Express, Diners Card or cash.
Drivers must be over 21 years and have held a driving licence (international driving license) for a minimum of 12 months. No maximum age restriction or surcharge. - Go to the Top -
Can I rent a car and use it outside of Spain?
Cars can be driven only to Portugal and Gibraltar at no additional charge. Clients are not allowed to drive our cars to other foreign countries.
Clients arriving at Gerona or Reus airport are allowed to drive into France and Andorra. They will be charged an additional amount of 8 € per day for the entire rental on arrival for insurance. - Go to the Top -
Can I take a car from one city and deliver it to another city?

What kind of car seats for children can you provide?

Do you charge if I bring back the car with less fuel?
The vehicles are delivered with a full tank of petrol.
Full tank values pre-payable, between 40 € and 100 € according to supplied model. Cars should be returned with an empty tank. Our fuel policy is full/empty with no refund on unused fuel. The exception to this rule is for hire periods of 3 days or less when we credit the client's credit card with the equivalent value of the fuel left in the tank. - Go to the Top -
